CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
If the Client cancels the Services for any reason, the down deposit is non-refundable. If the Client needs to reschedule, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date. If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be forfeited.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
The Photographer retains all copyrights to the images created during the Services. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use only. - The Client agrees not to alter the images in any way without the Photographer's written permission. The Photographer may use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio display, website, & marketing materials, unless the Client specifically requests in writing that the images not be used.
DEPOSIT
Before we pick a date & time to schedule you in, you will first need to make a down deposit for the package that you choose. The down deposit will be half the cost of the package you choose, for example the mini session is $120 so all you would have to put down is $60 to schedule your appointment. If you miss your schedule photoshoot that day with no heads up or communication, then the deposit that you put down will not be refundable & you will have to pick another day & time to reschedule with another down deposit of whatever package you picked. If you give me a 7 day heads up on a upcoming photoshoot that you can not make, then we can reschedule for free & the deposit will still be a part of that photoshoot & you will not have to put down another deposit.
LATE FEES
If you're running late & still want to continue with your schedule photoshoot that we discussed, then there will be a late fee charge of $20. If you can not make your schedule photoshoot, then it will trigger the effects of the down deposit section & you will need to to reschedule with another down deposit of $50. (Grace period 30 mins)
EXTRA TIME
If you feel like you need more time for your photoshoot I will stay & continue to work on your vision but at this point it will be $50 every half hour.
SPECIAL TREATMENT
If you are still active or a veteran & provided for our nations military, then you will get free bonus pictures on the house! All I ask is to have military ID when you come to the photoshoot to confirm the extra pictures. This package also includes for Fire Fighter's, Medical field & Policemen.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
If the location of the event/session is outside a [X] mile radius from [Photographer's Address], the Client agrees to pay travel expenses at a rate of $[Rate] per mile. - For locations requiring overnight stay, the Client agrees to cover lodging expenses & a per diem of $[Per Diem Amount].
WEATHER CONDITIONS
The Photographer is not responsible for any adverse weather conditions that may affect the event/session. In the case of severe weather, the Photographer will work with the Client to reschedule at no additional cost.
WEDDING DEPOSIT
Before we pick a date and time to schedule you in, you will first need to make a down deposit of $200. If you miss your schedule photoshoot that day with no heads up or communication, then the $200 will not be refundable & you will have to pick another day & time to reschedule with another down deposit of $200. If you give me a 30 day heads up on a upcoming wedding photoshoot that you can not launch, then we can reschedule for free & the $200 will still be a part of that photoshoot & you will not have to put down another $200 down deposit. Also everything must be paid in full from this package 1 week before hand.
